Dr. Deidra Glover Burke, OTD, OTR/L

Her professional background is as an occupational therapist with over 9 years of experience in a variety of settings. Dr. Glover heads the occupational therapy department with a strong and varied clinical background. Dr. Glover's focus of practice for the past several years has been the pediatric population. She is certified in therapeutic listening and has extensive training in Jean Ayers Sensory Processing, Brain Gym, and Fine motor strengthening programs. Dr. Glover is passionate in her approach to therapy and is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for all children! |

The speech therapy department is led by Dr. Camisha Williams. Dr. Williams has been a speech pathologist for over 20 years in various work settings. The last 8 years of her practice have been dedicated to children with developmental delays including autism, sensory issues, global delays, and other language impairments. Dr. Williams holds a doctorate in psychology and provides academic based language instruction including literacy, phonics, reading comprehension, and pre-academic
basic skills. Dr. Williams takes the ‘whole child’ approach in an effort to maximize their potential!

Caitlin Davis, DPT, leads the physical department. Caitlin enjoys working with children and their families. Our physical therapy team is experienced and ensures that our children are fitted with the appropriate equipment and treatment techniques for optimal outcomes! |

Teresia Hayes
Operations Manager Teresia Hayes is the operations manager for Lighthouse Corporation and Development and oversees its daily management. Ms. Hayes has a background in journalism and has been a part of Lighthouse Therapeutics in some capacity since its inception. She handles referrals, new patient appointments, Babynet and its systems along with parties and other special events at Lighthouse. In addition to coordinating activities in the office, Teresia oversees Lighthouse's non-profit component, the Lighthouse Foundation. Teresia has a strong passion for helping the community.
